Requirements

You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You:

• Hold the necessary credentials for a Childcare Director in Georgia, which include the ability to pass a background check, a high school diploma or GED, relevant experience in a licensed childcare center, alongside one of the following: an associates, bachelor’s or master's degree in ECE, a CDA, a TCC in ECE, a 40-hour director training course, or a paraprofessional certificate. 
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
• Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
• Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.

Your Role as a School Director:

As School Director at Childcare Network, you'll create a caring, inclusive environment, fostering respect among staff, parents, and children. Your main focus will be on safety, health, and

well-being, refining protocols and leading a team of educators with hands-on support. You'll drive enrollment growth and implement enriching activities to spark curiosity and love for learning. With adaptability, you'll navigate the demands of running the school, supported by our team to run your business confidently and proudly.
