Implements policies and procedures that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, minimize downtime, and support efficient operations. Job Summary: A professional with experience in a supervisory role and healthcare operational management who organizes and directs office operations and the work of clinical and support staff to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Includes the following and other duties may be assigned:
Contacts: Regular contact with Medical Center personnel, patients and visitors.
Physical Demands: Lifts a minimum of 5 lbs., pushes and pulls a minimum of 10 lbs. and stands a minimum of 4 hours a day.
Work Environment : Medical facility.

Requirements
Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of medical office management or healthcare operations experience. Three years of supervisory experience. Oncology experience is a plus.
