Network Operations Director manages the daily operations of the organization's network infrastructure, including hardware, software, security, and services, to ensure it meets the organization's performance objectives. Implements policies and procedures that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, minimize downtime, and support efficient operations. Being a Network Operations Director provides network administrators and technicians with training in the best practices and technologies. Ensures logging and documentation of daily network operations incidents and changes. Additionally, Network Operations Director leads troubleshooting and resolution of routine network issues and conducts root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrences and identify potential technological, training, or process improvements. Automates routine tasks using scripting or basic programs. Advises on budget expenditures to ensure required tools and equipment are procured and maintained. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or it. Typically reports to a director. The Network Operations Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Network Operations Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     RESPONSIBILITIES:


    • CLINIC OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT:
      • Leads and manages all aspects of patient flow and clinic operations.
      • Executes on BrightView’s operations playbook for the clinic.
      • Plans, leads, and delivers regular team meetings.
    • PATIENT EXPERIENCE AND CARE DELIVERY:
      • Responsible for ensuring a consistent and high-quality patient experience within the clinic setting.
      • Identifies and facilitates resolution of issues and conflicts within the center.
      • Ensures clinic staff compliance with established policies, procedures, workflows, and training.
    • PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT:
      • Effectively manages all site-level personnel across multiple professional disciplines.
      • Cultivates staff development and sets clear expectations for performance.
      • Establishes staff performance improvement plans and redirection/retraining efforts.
    • COLLABORATION AND PARTNERSHIPS:
      • Develops community partnerships in collaboration with BrightView’s Outreach teams.
      • Ensures proper collaboration with the Quality department partner.
      • Fulfills Program Administrator Role as outlined by State Administrative Code as needed.
    • COMPLIANCE AND TRAININGS
      • Follows and enforces all federal, state, and local healthcare requirements.
      • Responsible for new staff onboarding and training.

    • Embraces BrightView’s culture of compliance - operates with a high degree of integrity and compliance to work standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Prior experience with harm reduction a plus.

    QUALIFICATIONS:


    • EXPERIENCE
      • 2 years of experience in a human service-related field, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting; or
      • 2 years’ experience in a clinic-based position within BrightView with leadership/ management responsibilities.
    • EDUCATION:
      • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
