Network Operations Director manages the daily operations of the organization's network infrastructure, including hardware, software, security, and services, to ensure it meets the organization's performance objectives. Implements policies and procedures that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, minimize downtime, and support efficient operations. Being a Network Operations Director provides network administrators and technicians with training in the best practices and technologies. Ensures logging and documentation of daily network operations incidents and changes. POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Director of Network Planning and GIS, you will play a crucial role in the expansion and optimization of our restaurant network. You will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, development, and implementation of our network expansion initiatives, utilizing Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technology to analyze and optimize site selection, market penetration, and operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education – Bachelor's degree in Geography, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Experience – Proven experience network planning, site selection, or geographic information systems (GIS) management, preferably within the restaurant or retail industry.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities - Proficiency in GIS software (e.g., Sitewise, Esri ArcGIS, QGIS) and data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R) with a strong understanding of spatial analysis techniques. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Strong project management abilities with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional initiatives from conception to implementation. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Physical Requirements - Ability to lift equipment and cases of product weighing approximately 10-50 lbs. Must be able to speak and hear clearly on the telephone and in person. Must be able to operate a computer, i.e., desktop, laptop, tablet, etc. Ability to travel. Travel time subject to change: approx. 10% of the month.
