Network Operations Director manages the daily operations of the organization's network infrastructure, including hardware, software, security, and services, to ensure it meets the organization's performance objectives. Implements policies and procedures that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, minimize downtime, and support efficient operations. Being a Network Operations Director provides network administrators and technicians with training in the best practices and technologies. Ensures logging and documentation of daily network operations incidents and changes. Additionally, Network Operations Director leads troubleshooting and resolution of routine network issues and conducts root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrences and identify potential technological, training, or process improvements. Automates routine tasks using scripting or basic programs. Advises on budget expenditures to ensure required tools and equipment are procured and maintained. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or it. Typically reports to a director. The Network Operations Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Network Operations Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support Behavioral Health Network with the following:

    • Ensuring the program adheres to regulations and requirements of licensing and funding sources.
    • Overseeing caseload management, record keeping, quality assurance, and utilization reviews.
    • Monitoring the formulation and completion of treatment plans, progress notes, and group notes.
    • Monitoring all program/client financial records to ensure compliance with program policy and procedures.
    • Monitoring the accuracy of all staff time sheets and provider invoices on a timely basis.
    • Working collaboratively to identify staffing needs, recruit, screen, and hire program staff.
    • Ensuring all required trainings are completed by staff.
    • Providing effective ongoing evaluation of program performance and staff, and instituting appropriate discipline as needed.
    • Maintaining communication with funding sources or other contracts, as appropriate.
    • Maintaining strict confidentiality of individuals served information at all times in accordance with 42 CFR.

    This new program at Behavioral Health Network is a 16-bed program in Greenfield, MA for women, providing residential rehabilitation services to individuals struggling with addiction and mental illness.     What are we looking for in a Program Director?

    • Commitment to client empowerment and growth, human rights, and community integration (required).
    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required); Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
    • At least five years of experience in the human services field (required).
    • At least two years of supervisory experience (required).
    • Working knowledge of DPH Bureau of Substance Abuse regulations (required).
    • Familiarity with internet, word processing and email systems (required).
    • Bilingual in Spanish & English (preferred).
