Network Operations Manager manages the daily operations of the organization's network infrastructure, including hardware, software, security, and services, to ensure it meets the organization's performance objectives. Implements policies and procedures that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, minimize downtime, and support efficient operations. Being a Network Operations Manager provides network administrators and technicians with training in the best practices and technologies. Ensures logging and documentation of daily network operations incidents and changes. Additionally, Network Operations Manager leads troubleshooting and resolution of routine network issues and conducts root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrences and identify potential technological, training, or process improvements. Automates routine tasks using scripting or basic programs. Advises on budget expenditures to ensure required tools and equipment are procured and maintained. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Network Operations Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Network Operations Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Responsibilities:

    Under the direct supervision of the Administrator, the Dietary Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation of the Dietary department to include cooking, staffing, food ordering and preparation, food delivery and clean-up in accordance with facility procedures, physicians orders, resident care plans and appropriate regulations.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Ability to obtain TX Dietary Manager Certification within 3 months.
    • Ability to relate positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with other employees.
    • Capable of maintaining regular attendance.
    • Related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
    • Physical and sensory requirements (with or without the aid of mechanical devices): walking, reaching, climbing, bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand coordination, pushing and pulling, ability to distinguish smells and temperatures, ability to read and write, ability to communicate with residents and personnel and ability to remain calm under stress.
    • Meet all local health regulations, and successfully complete a post-offer health assessment.
