Implements policies and procedures that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, minimize downtime, and support efficient operations. Being a Network Operations Manager provides network administrators and technicians with training in the best practices and technologies. Ensures logging and documentation of daily network operations incidents and changes. Position Summary
The Heart Gallery Program Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations and management of the Heart Gallery program, including the coordination of duties that focus on recruitment efforts to find adoptive families for children and raise awareness about the need for foster and adoptive families. The Heart Gallery is a community engagement initiative featuring children in the foster care system who are waiting for a forever family. The program uses professional portraits, weekly television segments and a robust website to create awareness and educate the community about children in the Texas foster care system who need permanent, adoptive homes before aging out. This individual will need to be a highly effective communicator and skilled listener, who sets clear and realistic goals. Be committed to creating an equitable workplace that welcomes and embraces a diversity of identities, skills, and experiences and sharing this commitment in all program related activities. This position will work closely with the TFCN Directors of Case Management and the Director of Family Engagement & Permanency, who oversee TFCN Adoptions.
