Network Operations Manager manages the daily operations of the organization's network infrastructure, including hardware, software, security, and services, to ensure it meets the organization's performance objectives. Implements policies and procedures that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, minimize downtime, and support efficient operations. Being a Network Operations Manager provides network administrators and technicians with training in the best practices and technologies. Ensures logging and documentation of daily network operations incidents and changes. Additionally, Network Operations Manager leads troubleshooting and resolution of routine network issues and conducts root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrences and identify potential technological, training, or process improvements. Automates routine tasks using scripting or basic programs. Advises on budget expenditures to ensure required tools and equipment are procured and maintained. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Network Operations Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Network Operations Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Job Summary and Qualifications

    Seeking a Practice Manager III for our practice who provides leadership expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care.     What you will do in this role:

    Plan, develop, organize, implement and direct the day-to-day functions of the clinics and its programs and activities to insure compliance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction

    Manage staff performance including supervising, coaching/counseling front office and clinical staff daily and interviewing, hiring, and training new staff

    Address issues raised by physicians, employees, and patients and seek out appropriate leaders or partners to problem solve and process improve

    Develop the practice budget including pull profit and loss responsibility of the physician practice, including revenue, expenses and budgeting

    What Qualifications you will need:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent is highly preferred (appropriate experience may be substituted for educational requirements)

    3 years of experience in a healthcare setting is required

    Leadership or management experience in physician practice is highly preferred
