Network Operations Manager manages the daily operations of the organization's network infrastructure, including hardware, software, security, and services, to ensure it meets the organization's performance objectives. Implements policies and procedures that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, minimize downtime, and support efficient operations. Being a Network Operations Manager provides network administrators and technicians with training in the best practices and technologies. Ensures logging and documentation of daily network operations incidents and changes. Additionally, Network Operations Manager leads troubleshooting and resolution of routine network issues and conducts root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrences and identify potential technological, training, or process improvements. Automates routine tasks using scripting or basic programs. Advises on budget expenditures to ensure required tools and equipment are procured and maintained. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Network Operations Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Network Operations Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Overview:
    We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization. This is a leadership role that requires strong strategic planning, process improvement, and sales skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams and driving business growth.

    Responsibilities:
    - Manage and supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
    - Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes
    - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
    - Collaborate with various stakeholders, including government bodies, industry associations, operational teams, and C-level executives like chief operating officers and chief executive officers or in the current company status, the owners in order to drive business development initiatives.
    - Oversee project management activities and ensure timely completion of services
    - Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive work environment
    - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for professional development
    - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

    -Manage and monitor project budgets and finances

    -Emergency response information gathering, response assessment, response and flagging teams and equipment mobilization and demobilization

    -Non emergency response services scheduling

    -Direct emergency response communication with clients, enforcement agents/agencies, insurance companies, claims adjusters, attorneys, and stakeholders such as cities, counties, water, sewer, and electric, landfills, ODOT, OSP, EPA, DEQ, and tribal organizations, etc.

    -Manage permitting, locating, disposal estimating, contractor vetting and coordination of excavation sites

    Qualifications:
    - Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry
    - Strong knowledge of profit loss analysis and financial management principles
    - Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
    - Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans
    - Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement initiatives
    - Proven track record in sales and business development
    - Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
    - Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
