Network Operations Manager manages the daily operations of the organization's network infrastructure, including hardware, software, security, and services, to ensure it meets the organization's performance objectives. Implements policies and procedures that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, minimize downtime, and support efficient operations. Being a Network Operations Manager provides network administrators and technicians with training in the best practices and technologies. Program Manager- Winona County
Nature of the work: This position is part-time at 30 hours per week with potential to work remotely. Under the supervision of the Executive Director and the Elder Network Board, the Manager is responsible for the coordination of Elder Network programs in Winona County serving clients 55 and better and their caregivers. Programs include: Caregiver Respite program both paid Companion and volunteer, Caregiver support, Friendly Visitor, education programs, support groups and 1-1 coaching. Tasks include taking client referrals, conducts screenings and intakes of clients and matches clients to services; recruitment, training and supervision of Elder Network Companion staff and volunteers; actively networks in the community to promote Elder Network in Winona County. The Manager will work directly with clients, volunteers, the executive director, staff, public health nurses, other health care professionals, social services, and the general public to coordinate and deliver these programs to our clients.
