Network Operations Manager jobs in Lancaster, PA

Be a part of the global operations team providing Technology support for our day-to-day Infrastructure and business systems. This opportunity is a way to see and put your hands on technologies that cross all areas of an enterprise world class infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring Technology infrastructure including servers, networks, applications and events throughout the URBN enterprise
• Respond to events surrounding day-to-day operations for error conditions raised across all technologies and follow standard procedures
• Escalate events needing additional technical resources as per standard procedures
• New user account creation (Microsoft Windows & AS400)
• System administration such as password resets, unlocking accounts and managing permissions

Desired Skills:

• Basic understanding of computer concepts for Windows and Linux systems
• Basic understanding of how computers connect on a local area network
• Someone who can be an excellent team player who wants to learn from an extremely talented group of technology members
• Great communicator
• Detail oriented and can follow precise procedures
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• System administration concepts preferred
