Network Operations Manager manages the daily operations of the organization's network infrastructure, including hardware, software, security, and services, to ensure it meets the organization's performance objectives. Implements policies and procedures that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, minimize downtime, and support efficient operations. Being a Network Operations Manager provides network administrators and technicians with training in the best practices and technologies. Ensures logging and documentation of daily network operations incidents and changes. Additionally, Network Operations Manager leads troubleshooting and resolution of routine network issues and conducts root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrences and identify potential technological, training, or process improvements. Automates routine tasks using scripting or basic programs. Advises on budget expenditures to ensure required tools and equipment are procured and maintained. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Network Operations Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Network Operations Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Responsibilities:

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with financial advisors from both inbound and outbound communication.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned financial advisors, addressing inquiries and providing timely, accurate information.
    • Collect and update information on advisors business so that consistent quality service can be provided
    • Understand the financial advisors' business models and client needs to provide tailored support and assistance.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to address advisors' requests, resolve issues, and enhance the overall advisor experience.

    Product Knowledge and Education

    • Serve as a generalist of our company's products, services, and industry trends.
    • Coordinate with Subject Matter Expert (SME) for complex needs.
    • Provide training and education to financial advisors on new products, market insights, and investment strategies.

    Business Development

    • Identify opportunities for business expansion and increased engagement with financial advisors.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute targeted initiatives and campaigns.

    Feedback and Improvement

    • Gather feedback from financial advisors and communicate it internally to enhance our products and services.
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders to implement improvements based on feedback, seeing projects from idea to implementation

    Internal Team Support

    • Support the efforts of the entire CG Advisor Network team with projects as needed. At CGAN we have a culture of can-do attitude, where members of all rank will support the group efforts.
    • Attendance of Investment Committee meetings.
    • Research and reconciliation of advisor and client data in internal software and systems
    • Ability to troubleshoot situations and present solutions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or industry certifications are a plus.
    • Proven experience in relationship management within the financial services industry, preferably working with financial advisors.
    • Strong understanding of investment products, market trends, and financial planning concepts.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.

    Desired Technical Skills

    • Advanced MS Excel capabilities
    • Experience with Investment Analysis Software: Morningstar, Kwanti, Riskalyze, Hidden Levers
    • Experience with Orion Advisor Solutions
    • Experience with Salesforce CRM
    • Series 65 or ability to complete within first 60 days

    Compensation Range: $60K to $100K bonus and incentive compensation, depending on experience and qualifications
