Take the lead as the Project and Service Operations Manager at Jade's Heating and Plumbing, guiding a skilled team through day-to-day operations. You'll collaborate with our owner, conduct weekly site visits, and oversee stock control and equipment orders. Additionally, you'll manage field teams, handle sales and service calls, and coordinate closely with our owner on concurrent projects. Direct construction crews, liaise with stakeholders, and collaborate with our administration team on procurement, material tracking, and human resource management.
