Catholic Charities Maine’s Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is dedicated to helping adults and families struggling with a mental health diagnosis and/or substance use disorders. We are an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurse care managers, clinicians, care coordinators, and peer support specialists who provide an integrated and mission-guided approach to client care for adults and families.
Definition: The Operations Manager (O.M.) is a member of the BHN Core Leadership Team who reports to the BHN South Regional Director. The O.M., coordinating with the Core Leadership Team and at the direction of the Regional Director, responds to the daily operational needs of BHN South programs. Programmatic operational needs include maintaining a safe and functional workspace, direct supervision of the Team Support Staff, communication and collaborative troubleshooting of IT, phone, and facility concerns, identifying, provisioning and arranging for coverage for gaps in day-to-day programming, oversight of scheduling, inventory and office supply coordination, and in collaboration with Core Leadership Team members consistently and directly supporting team members with sustaining, consistent performance in alignment with state, agency and programmatic goals and objectives. The O.M. generally works in an office setting using computers and works in community and home settings for which travel may be required. This is a salaried, on-site position that includes scheduled evening and weekend support to the program.
