Network Operations Manager manages the daily operations of the organization's network infrastructure, including hardware, software, security, and services, to ensure it meets the organization's performance objectives. Implements policies and procedures that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, minimize downtime, and support efficient operations. Being a Network Operations Manager provides network administrators and technicians with training in the best practices and technologies. Ensures logging and documentation of daily network operations incidents and changes. Additionally, Network Operations Manager leads troubleshooting and resolution of routine network issues and conducts root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrences and identify potential technological, training, or process improvements. Automates routine tasks using scripting or basic programs. Advises on budget expenditures to ensure required tools and equipment are procured and maintained. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Network Operations Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Network Operations Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     A day in the life of a Sales Assistant Manager:

    • Sales: Responsible for sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business and customers
    • Customer Service: Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through "white glove" service with a servant's heart in our stores and in customer's homes
    • Deliveries & Pickups: Opportunity to get out of the store and display a winning spirit through safe and compliant loading/unloading and installation of products, while following all handling and transportation procedures
    • Merchandising: Maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness with both customers and fellow coworkers in mind

    What are the minimum requirements?

    • 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • Valid state driver's license and good driving record -- You WILL you be driving the company vehicles
    • Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances
    • Great communication and customer service skills
