Network Operations Manager manages the daily operations of the organization's network infrastructure, including hardware, software, security, and services, to ensure it meets the organization's performance objectives. Implements policies and procedures that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, minimize downtime, and support efficient operations. Being a Network Operations Manager provides network administrators and technicians with training in the best practices and technologies. Ensures logging and documentation of daily network operations incidents and changes. Additionally, Network Operations Manager leads troubleshooting and resolution of routine network issues and conducts root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrences and identify potential technological, training, or process improvements. Automates routine tasks using scripting or basic programs. Advises on budget expenditures to ensure required tools and equipment are procured and maintained. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Network Operations Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Network Operations Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     The Network Operations Coordinator 3 maintains provider relations to support customer service activities through data integrity management and gathering of provider claims data needed for service operations.

    The Network Operations Coordinator 3 manages provider data for health plans including but not limited to demographics, rates, and contract intent. Manages provider audits, provider service and relations, credentialing, and contract management systems. Executes processes for intake and manages provider perceived service failures. Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes, and techniques. Works under limited guidance due to previous experience/breadth and depth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge.

    Required Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or equivalent

    • 1 years of prior experience in an administrative, customer support, or healthcare

    • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Word and Excel

    • Ability to work in a deadline driven environment

    • Strong attention to detail

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Prior experience working in the healthcare insurance industry

    • Previous experience in claims

    • Prior contract interpretation experience

    • Travel to Market Office dependent upon business needs (up to discretion of leader)

    The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


     

    $40,200 - $55,200 per year
