Network Operations Manager manages the daily operations of the organization's network infrastructure, including hardware, software, security, and services, to ensure it meets the organization's performance objectives. Implements policies and procedures that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, minimize downtime, and support efficient operations. Being a Network Operations Manager provides network administrators and technicians with training in the best practices and technologies. Ensures logging and documentation of daily network operations incidents and changes. Additionally, Network Operations Manager leads troubleshooting and resolution of routine network issues and conducts root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrences and identify potential technological, training, or process improvements. Automates routine tasks using scripting or basic programs. Advises on budget expenditures to ensure required tools and equipment are procured and maintained. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Network Operations Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Network Operations Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     POSITION OVERVIEW:

As our Repair and Maintenance Production Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our repair and maintenance projects.     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Project planning and coordination: Develop comprehensive plans for repair and maintenance projects, including scheduling, labor and resource allocation, and budgeting.
    • Team Leadership and Management: Supervise and mentor a team of technicians providing guidance, technical training, and support as needed.
    • Attend and lead daily department Team meetings and weekly safety meetings.
    • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and professional development among technicians.
    • Quality Assurance: Oversee all aspects of repair and maintenance work to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality requirements.
    • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
    • Customer Relations: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs, and assist with addressing any concerns related to projects.
    • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and areas of improvement.
    • Make timely decisions to keep projects on track and ensure successful outcomes with customer’s needs in mind.

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

    • 3-5 years of proven experience managing production operations and people.
    • Bilingual in Spanish required
    • Excellent customer service skills. Able to build a strong trust level with clients and provide a great experience before, during, and after the project.
    • Strong technical knowledge of roofing systems, materials and installation techniques.
    • Ability to communicate and collaborate across multiple departments.
    • Excellent time management & organization skills.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
    • Must be able to be on roofs, sometimes up to 40 ft tall.
    • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at times
