    Summary:

    The HR Planning and Project Analyst is responsible for assisting HR Operations and Rewards leadership in the development, implementation, and management of transformative and operational initiatives and programs directed at enhancing employee experience and the performance of the organization. This role directly impacts mission fulfillment via operational support to the entire organization, adding value through efficient, timely and well-defined administrative processes and communications. The HR Planning and Project Analyst understands a wide range of business and technical subjects related to human resources. This role will partner with colleagues across business lines, including leaders, to execute on assigned initiatives and often serves as the subject matter expert on the initiatives they lead. The HR Planning and Project Analyst provides creative leadership, organization, detailed process analysis, relevant experience, and control in the execution of strategies and activities that enhance operational and administrative success. This is a robust and dynamic position demanding a broad skill set, a commitment to professionalism, and exceptional attention to detail.  

    Supports work plans and initiatives for the HR Operations and Rewards team including but not limited to: Infor Modules, Benefits and Paid Time Off, special projects, process improvement, and training/education. Takes a lead role in HR reporting and data analytics. 

    • Assists members of the HR Operations and Rewards team as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
    • Collaborates with staff from across Human Resources to research specific issues as necessary to develop and analyze solutions and make policy or programmatic recommendations to address operational issues.
    • Lead joint operations calls/meetings with business partners as applicable
    • Conducts trainings and supports employee education as appropriate
    • Collaborates with HR Operations and Rewards leadership team to initiate work plans and utilize best practices and process improvement to meet business objectives.
    • Leads complex and sensitive business and departmental projects to ensure successful outcome and delivery of benefits, within time, cost, and quality.
    • Communicate any identified resistance and performance gaps to leaders and assist in developing corrective action plans.
    • Ensures alignment ofinitiative goals withcorporate strategic and tactical goals. Monitors progress and makes adjustments to operations plan as appropriate. Involves additional internal and external resources as appropriate to resolve issues.
    • Demonstrate ability to implement practical strategies and plans to carry forward an idea or methodology from conception to execution.
    • Consults with HR Operations and Rewards leadership team and reviews initiatives and projects to determine goals, timeframes, and procedures for accomplishing project work and allotment of resources.

    Education

    •   Bachelor's Degree Preferred Human Resources Management or Information Technology preferred. 
    •   In lieu of education, two years of experience is required per year of required education
