Network Planning Analyst jobs in Boca Raton, FL

Specific duties and responsibilities will include:

Forecasting, Budgeting and Planning

• Prepare, under the guidance of the FP&A Director, thorough financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling, to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the management team.
• Learn and support the monthly financial close process, including but not limited to, P&L variance analyses, working capital component analyses.

• Supports the development of the long-term strategic plan, annual plan and monthly forecasting processes by partnering with finance colleagues on reporting of actual results against budget, prior forecasts and historical performance.

• Assist with comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings, trends, and areas of improvement.
• Identify and communicate risks and opportunities to Finance and cross functional teams,
• Perform ad hoc reporting for variety of needs as requested and assigned by management.

Fleet/Truck and Fuel Expense Management

• Track monthly, Fleet and Fuel expenditures compared to plan/forecast and review with Fleet/Fuel management team and propose update to forecast.
• Analyze actual costs to budget and understand variances and key drivers.
• Provides monthly reporting to Fleet/Fuel management and review variances and key drivers.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence team to develop dashboard for Fleet and Fuel reporting to increase visibility to spend compared to plan, forecast and prior years and major drivers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) or experience in corporate finance or manufacturing environment a plus.
• Financial modeling and analytical skills, with a proven ability to gather and interpret large complex financial data.
• Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are essential.

• Must be self-motivated and proactive and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.

• Ability to take direction well, work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet stringent deadlines.
• Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Demonstrated professionalism and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information.
