Follow up with the Energy Control Centers regarding daily crew assignments. (30%,P) 2. Respond to customer requests regarding a job. Assists the Supervisor C&M in monitoring and documenting the progress of a job on the Work Management System (WMS). Utilize the equipment database for the reservation of specialized equipment. Resolves customer requests. (60%,P) 3. Accesses and tracks work requests in progress on WMS. Provides support during emergencies and outages.
