The MINI Volume Planning Manager will have an in-depth understanding of the MINI model lineup to determine and manage the optimized production, wholesale including distribution, and retail levels for MINI USA. The manager is the primary business owner, responsible for sales, inventory, and production planning & forecasting as it relates to all models in the MINI lineup with the goal of having an optimal supply of cars by model.
You will be responsible for establishing monthly, quarterly, and annual volume plans and close collaboration with central retail operations and regions to monitor production, wholesale, and retail to ensure continued brand profitability. You will oversee the utilization of the production allocation system while managing its parameters to ensure equity across all regions, adjusting production accordingly. The Volume and Planning Manager will work in collaboration with Munich on the negotiation of overall volume planning and the corresponding CoR implications. Compilation of monthly presentations highlighting trends and performance statistics along with coordination with responsible business owners for yearly and monthly planning topics.
Build and manage analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into vehicle builds, average days in inventory, retail trends, and other key performance metrics. Manage continuous improvement processes utilizing appropriate data feeds.
