We are seeking an Assoc Manager, Operations to join our growing facility in Camden, Arkansas.This role will work with Camden Site Leadership and Program customers. 

Essential Functions

• Provides direction to subordinate supervisors/assemblers based on general policies and management guidelines.

• Plans and coordinates integrated schedules for personnel, material and facilities utilization.

• Provides assistance to subordinates in meeting schedules.

• Responsible for assigned department budgets.

• Interprets and executes policies that typically affect subordinate organizational groups.

• Coordinate work programs for shift operations.

Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline and six (6) years of directly related experience or an equivalent combination of education and related experience. Experience in implementation of a manufacturing process improvement activity is desired.

 Additional Requirements:

• Demonstrated performance in factory operations including a thorough knowledge of scheduling, planning, forecasting, performance measurements.
• Demonstrates verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead effectively in a challenging team environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to plan, organize, coordinate, direct and control the activities of the assigned organization.
• Willingness to be available to supervise occasional overtime work as deemed necessary by company commitment to schedule.
• Willingness to assist in additional job duties as assigned by Management is vital.
