As a Group & Event Planning Manager for AutoCamp & Field Station your primary role will be ensuring that group and events booked by the Enterprise and Area Sales team are fully detailed and executed, providing our guests with exceptional experiences. You will be the liaison between the seller, the client and the property, ensuring you capture all pertinent details from the client and communicate those details thoroughly to the property team.
Additionally, as a Group & Event Planning Manager you will be responsible for achieving a booking goal, specific to booking all wedding related group room blocks and wedding related events specific to your assigned properties: AutoCamp Joshua Tree and Field Station Joshua Tree.
