Network Planning Manager manages a team that plans, designs, evaluates, and optimizes network systems.     The Network Success Manager (NSM) is a highly collaborative individual, who enjoys being part of a fast-paced team responsible for providing targeted engagement support to strategic customer accounts or to accounts at risk.  On the Network Success team, our style of partnership and support is tactical and intentional.     What You'll Do:

    • Create and implement scalable, strategic network-building initiatives nationally
    • Onboard strategic priority partners alongside customers and community providers to create and/or enhance Unite Us Networks. 
    • Work closely with cross-functional team members, with a special focus on Customer Success Managers, to analyze network data to provide recommendations for network growth  and adoption (i.e. increasing number of active organizations in network or number of active users)
    • Contribute to expansion and market share by filling gaps in new and existing customer geographies by providing agnostic engagement bandwidth to facilitate partner onboarding with a focus on platform adoption.
    • Deliver best practices for workflows and onboarding  strategies, based on specific network use cases, innovative engagement approaches, and an understanding of related tools
    • Support ongoing operations and special projects owned by the Network Success team
    • Help achieve departmental scalability by providing ongoing support to CS team through the execution of identified strategies in an efficient and cost-effective manner 
    • Assist with the development of systems, programs and educational materials that will maximize the Network Success’s performance on all related program metrics
    • Utilize strong entrepreneurial skills to effectively present product demos and persuade community-based organizations to join our network, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships

    Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:

    • This position is remote, U.S. based. We are currently only considering candidates who are physically based in the state of North Carolina.
    • The target pay range for this role is: $73,000 - $82,000. This salary range represents our target hiring range for this role. The proposed salary will be dependent on the candidate's skills, experience, and competencies, as well as location.
    • This position may require 15% travel
    • All team members will be required to pass a background check which includes criminal, employment, and education verification
