    Job Summary: 

    As a Clinic Director at PRN Physical Therapy, you will oversee the operations within the 4 walls, management of staff, and strategic direction of our clinic. You'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional patient care, fostering a positive work environment and culture, as well as driving the clinic's growth and success. 

     

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Leadership & Management: Provide visionary leadership to the clinic staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and excellence. Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation of clinical staff as well as non clinical staffing including but not limited to front office and aide staff.  Developing referral relationships to influence referral generation Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve clinic goals and objectives.
    • Patient Care & Experience: Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in accordance with best practices and company standards. Monitor patient satisfaction and implement initiatives to enhance the overall patient experience. Deliver best in class customer service. Manage cases of all patients in the center.
    • Staff Development & Training: Recruit, train, and supervise clinical and administrative staff. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentorship to support staff growth and development.
    • Financial Management: Manage the clinic's budget, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies for revenue growth and cost control. Deliver on KPI expectations. Manage staff hours (not sure how to say this nicely) Basically control the amount of staff we have or send them home if not busy
    • Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical standards in patient care. 

    Qualifications: 

    • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or MPT). 
    • State licensure as a physical therapist. 
    • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. 
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
    • Proven track record in clinic management, staff development, and achieving operational goals. 
    • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards. 
    • Ability to take on a challenge with excitement 
    • Ability to adapt to change and think in real time

    Physical Requirements: 

    • Mobility: Ability to move around freely to assist patients and therapists. 

    • Lifting: Capable of lifting and carrying equipment or assisting patients as needed (up to 50 pounds). 

    • Standing: Extended periods of standing and walking during therapy sessions. 

    • Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in handling therapy tools and equipment.
