We are eagerly seeking an energetic and dedicated individual to become a vital part of our Sales and Marketing team in the role of a Food Service Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire comprehensive knowledge of our foodservice programs and products.
Collaborate closely with customers to identify and recommend tailored programs and products that enhance convenience store sales and profitability.
Support the Foodservice Representatives and Sales Team in expanding the foodservice category through sampling, cooking, and promoting items.
Act as the primary liaison between foodservice vendors and convenience store retailers, ensuring smooth and beneficial relationships.
Position Requirements:
Prior experience in foodservice, retail, or the convenience store sector is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to travel to customer locations within a specified radius.
Quick thinker with a focus on solutions.
Excellent listening skills and the ability to negotiate win-win outcomes.
Positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
Team player with problem-solving skills.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work as per the schedule.
Minimal overnight travel, with an expectation of 3-5 overnight stays per year.
