    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager to lead our Service Department. The Service Manager will oversee a team of skilled technicians, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure the delivery of top-notch services to our valued customers.

    Responsibilities

    • Plan, organize, and prioritize service requests and projects to meet deadlines and maintain high service levels.
    • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, resolve issues, and enhance overall service delivery.
    • Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing concerns, providing solutions, and ensuring a positive experience.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Service Technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
    • Inspire technicians to hit their goals.
    • Train, develop and hold your team accountable to exceptional performance standards.
    • Oversee inventory management.
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize service efficiency, including workflow improvements and resource allocation.
    • Integrate sales strategies across other departments to drive profitable results.
    • Show technicians how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
    • Understand sales criteria and hold your team accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
    • Monitor performance of field technicians and advise them on how to improve.
    • Manage team schedule to meet ongoing customer demand and seasonal spikes.
    • Make sure incentive programs are equitable and properly documented.
    • Review and approve invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.
    • Serve as technical back-up for field technicians when necessary.
