JOB TITLE: Network Manager
LOCATION OR DEPARTMENT: IT Department
EXEMPT STATUS/GRADE: Exempt/23
REPORTS TO: Director IT
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: Yes
SUMMARY OF POSITION: Provide senior level IT network and systems design and support services to internal and external users. Provide general triage and resolution of network and system issues.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manage network staff and lead network projects.
- Design, configuration and management of Cisco routers and switches.
- Management of Cisco ISE, Prime, Umbrella and DUO technologies.
- Design and management of firewalls and VPN connectivity.
- Configuration and deployment of Cisco wireless access points and associated technologies.
- Management of Vmware architecture and storage area networks.
- Server hardware and software configuration.
- Regularly develop and maintain documentation and diagrams of networking and systems architecture.
- Management of Active Directory, LDAP and RADIUS authentication protocols.
- Technical support and problem solving for applications, hardware and software.
- Incorporate company values into daily interactions with internal and external customers.
- Other duties may include, but are not limited to, training new employees and assisting in other areas of IT.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 or 4-year degree in IT or similar field required or equivalent experience.
- 7 to 10 years networking experience required.
- Expert knowledge with Cisco routing and switching.
- Knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, MPLS, VLAN, and routing protocols).
- Proficiency in managing OSPF, EIGRP, VRF and BGP.
- Expert knowledge with Cisco ASA and Firepower firewalls.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server (2019 & 2022).
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Knowledge and experience with security measures.
- Proficiency in managing DNS, DHCP and SMTP.
- Experience with VMware and cloud management technologies.
- Excellent customer service, problem solving, organizational, communication and technical skills required.
- Ability to work independently, in a team, and with all levels of the organization required.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and take initiative required.
- Experience in healthcare IT setting preferred.
- Demonstrate knowledge of safety-related work behaviors to ensure a safe work environment.
- Need to be able to provide technical support for hardware, software, PCs, servers, network, and other imaging applications.

OF THE JOB:
Requires sitting, bending and stretching required. Requires lifting computer equipment up to 50 pounds occasionally. Repetitive motions, keyboarding, twisting, turning, gripping and grasping.

- Low-Potential exposure to communicable diseases, blood products, bodily fluids and/or hazardous materials common to a radiology setting.
- Low-Potential exposure to ionizing radiation exams rooms and/or involved in the use of ionizing radiation common to a radiology setting.
