Job Description:
Under the general direction of the Network Support Director, this person manages the daily operations and use of the hardware and software on the PC computer network, including trouble-shooting, repairs, maintenance, configuration, installation, policy adherence and help desk support. Operations are conducted in adherence to all policies, procedures and regulations and in accordance with the Mission, Vision and Values of the organization.
Essential Functions:
Analyzes network performance
Test networked computer systems
Manages Active Directory
Make recommendations on systems and equipment
Writes user documentation
Provide first-level help desk support
Document/test operating systems
Data backups and antivirus definitions

Automobile and Valid Insurance, Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License and Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record Check, Act 33 and Act 34 Clearances, FBI Fingerprint Clearance, Social Security Card, Immigration and Naturalization (I-9), Drug Screening Clearance.
Working Conditions:
Prolonged periods working on a computer in an open office environment, comfortable communicating through virtual technology, work may be required after business hours, travel primarily to offices in Berks and York County, travel may be in adverse weather conditions, must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
