A WorkSafe Service is looking for a new Client Success Manager for our employment screening business. We are a rapidly growing company based out of Salem and are seeking an entry-level Client Success Manager to join our team. We offer a competitive starting salary of $45,000/year paid hourly at $20/hour. Once you complete our training which can take 3-6 months, you are eligible for a pay raise to $51,000/year or $24.30/hour. Training is typically completed within 90 days to six months based on how fast you can learn and pick up new things. After mastering the CSM position, we also offer career growth opportunities in management as we prefer to promote from within.
