Job Description:

Description: The Customer Service Representative provides customer service to patients, visitors and Allied Health Professionals in the Surgery Waiting Area. Under the direct supervision of the Pre and Post-Operative Manager.

Required Education and Experience:
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

Required Licensure/Certification/Specialized Training:
• Current JPS recognized CPR certification and must be maintained throughout employment. May be obtained subsequent to hire.
