Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Manage the company's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Perform order entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide administrative support such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Assist with office management duties including maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role or relevant customer service experience
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
