New Accounts Administrative Assistant
In New Accounts for Clear Strategy, you must:
Possess reading comprehension and be able to translate a partial picture into a complete new financial account application.
Have and display critical thinking ability and a willingness and affinity for doing extra research when the information is not readily provided.
Be willing to adapt to using software platforms that are constantly updating, along with processes that are always evolving.
Display excellent customer service skills and a willingness to assist clients in many different situations and ranges of emotional states.
Practice patience in working to understand the larger scope of the task and in working through the process accordingly and thoroughly.
Daily tasks include:
-Reading and comprehending submitted requests that can vary wildly in completion and require additional research
-Translating submitted requests into appropriate workflows and following proper procedures through to completion with various carriers and types of financial accounts
-Following up on submitted requests in a timely manner to ensure the process is never stagnant
-Maintaining open but appropriate communication with the advisor so they’re never in the dark
-Staying up to date with ever changing compliance rules and adapting the process accordingly
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education is a plus.
- Proven administrative experience, proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM systems, and computers.
- Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused and collaborative in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to professionalism.
- Familiarity with insurance industries is a plus.
