Being a New Accounts Representative provides information and answers questions regarding interest rates, fees, and bank policies. May complete process to transfer accounts for customers. Additionally, New Accounts Representative makes appropriate referrals to cross-sell a variety of bank services. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The New Accounts Representative possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. We are seeking a Full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk at the Opal Key Resort & Marina.
Must be detailed oriented with strong organizational skills, effective time management and follow up, moderate to advanced computer skills (Microsoft office, Opera, and Solomon).
Major responsibilities are: Group Billing, Tenant & Marina Billing, Customer Credit Approvals, Posting Payments, Credit Card Processing/Refunding, Charge Back Process, City/Guest Ledger
This position is 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5pm, however must be available occasional weekends & holidays
