What you’ll be doing day to day…

• Handling incoming customer inquiries via various communication channels, such as phone, email, and live chat.
• Providing prompt, friendly, and accurate responses to customer queries, maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
• Addressing customers' questions related to platform, order, and product issues in a timely manner, probing effectively to understand the root cause of the customer's concern.
• Offering expertise, ownership, and tailored support to specific chain clients on an assigned basis with the goal of increased loyalty and sales.
• Providing strategic solutions aimed at turning potentially negative experiences into net positive results.
• Educating customers about our products, services, policies, and procedures to enhance their understanding and usage.
• Proactively identifying ways to improve our standards, procedures, and operational efficiencies.
• Monitoring fulfillment issues and working with other divisions and external contacts to provide customers with timely order status updates.
• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions on various platforms.
• Learning about the food service industry, the products we sell, and the unique needs of the clients we serve.
