Additionally, New Accounts Representative makes appropriate referrals to cross-sell a variety of bank services. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Deals with questions and requests for detail information related to billings from patients, third party insurance carriers, guarantors, doctors lawyers and others, over the phone or by letter correspondence.
