Founded in 1987, Our company has quickly established itself as one of the fastest growing, most innovative companies in the commercial cleaning franchising industry. Cranford office handles the entire NJ market and is seeking an Office Assistant with strong accounting skills .

In this position you will be responsible for assisting the office manager, data entry, collections and numerous administrative responsibilities, preparing various reports for Mgmt., etc. Requires excellent verbal communication skills. Basic experience and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required. Potential candidates should have a strong sense of drive and urgency, the ability to professionally communicate with a diverse array of clients, the skills to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.

We are looking for a dependable, educated, and articulate individual to fill this position immediately. Position available is: 40 hrs/wk. (Mon-Fri from 8:30am -5pm). 30 min lunch
