JOB TITLE: Accounts Receivable Specialist

LOCATION: Soledad, CA

Position Duties:

• Initiate and monitor high volume customer collection activities, effectively communicating with customers to meet and exceed established collection targets
• Collect and deposit payments from customers and accurately record them in the system
• Generate invoices and account statements
• Perform account reconciliations
• Maintain accounts receivable files and records
• Produce monthly financial and management reports
• Investigate and resolve any irregularities or inquiries
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests, as needed

Requirements:

· 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience

· Must be a team player

· Must have strong work ethics

· Must be well organized and a self-starter

· Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable

· Proficient in Excel and Word, 10-key by touch

· Possess strong organizational and time management skills

· Strong problem solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills

· Thorough knowledge of applicable accounts receivable /general ledger systems and procedures
