Additionally, New Accounts Representative makes appropriate referrals to cross-sell a variety of bank services. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The New Accounts Representative possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.     RESPONSBILITIES
    • Registration and scheduling of new and existing patients for Medical Office visits and other supporting appointments (Labs, Nurse Visits, X-ray, etc.)
    • Performs Check-in and Check-out for all appointment types.
    • Collecting and posting copays and account payments
    • Verifying and updating patient demographic information
    • Verifying and updating patient insurance information
    • Answering a high volume of calls on a multi-line phone system, addressing those calls as needed or routing as appropriate.
    • Other duties as specified by supervisor.
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • 1 years’ experience in Medical Office (preferred, not required)
    • 1 years’ experience in customer service
    • EMR/HER experience (preferred)
    • Bilingual (required) English and Spanish
    • Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel between other locations.
    • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
