We have an immediate opening for a full-time salesperson. This role is responsible for growing automotive sales revenue by matching customer need with available products and services. The ideal candidate will maintain an exceptional knowledge of characteristics, capabilities, and features of available inventory, be comfortable with using CRM tools to maximize sales opportunities, and have a firm grasp of using a variety of sales tactics including phone, email, text, and in-person skills to ensure high close-ratios among prospects. This position reports to the General Sales Manager.
Requirements:
Knowledge of automobile characteristics, capabilities, and features and demonstrating ability to compare and contrasting competitive models or previous experience in sales from another industry / product.
Ability to gain and maintain rapport with current and new customers to build strong base of clientele.
Ability to qualify buyers by understanding requirements and interests, and matching to various models
Ability to close sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing
Work closely with sales management to close deals and maintain accurate records
Use CRM and software tools to ensure quality customer service and maximize revenue opportunities
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
Enhance dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
