There is one position. 40 hours per week. While the majority of the work will be in Dayton, there will be some travel and work needed in the Cincinnati areas to manage their boutiques, transport product, supervisor volunteers, etc. Mileage reimbursement will be paid.

Boutique Coordinator
Job Status: Non-Exempt, part-time
Department: Women’s Centers
Reports to: Associate Director of Women’s Centers Ohio Programs
The Boutique Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all boutique locations are fully staffed for open hours as well as fully stocked with appropriate items for client’s shopping needs. The Boutique Coordinator will organize all aspects of the WCO Emergency Material Assistance Program and ensure that all centers are fully stocked with all EMA materials.

Primary Duties
Essential Functions:
The BC Responsibilities
- Prepare Dayton area Boutiques for each open shopping day. Ensure that all items are stocked accordingly. Coverage must be found by the employee when taking any PTO
- Enter Boutique shopping visits in Ekyros
- Ensure adequate inventory of boutique items in advance.
- Organize, display, and price incoming material donations. Wash/clean donations when necessary. Rotate stock and keep boutiques well organized with good signage, attractive displays, etc. Rotate seasons like retail store inventory.
- Coordinate schedules with boutique staff and volunteers. Maintain jobs and duties while volunteering or working.
- Work to accommodate volunteer service groups whenever possible.
- Pick up or arrange the pick-up of donations when requested (large donors, Christmas Giving Tree collections, Christ Child Society, etc.)
- Transport or arrange for transport of donated items from women's center locations to the main boutique or other women’s center boutique locations as necessary. Transportation is in consideration of available/needed inventory, storage availability, etc.
- Keep storage clean, organized and inventoried. Remove or discard excess or unwanted supplies, ensuring all inventory is current and meets safety standards.
- Ensure boutique areas are clean and well-organized and present a nice shopping experience for clients.
- Communicate regularly with other boutiques and women’s centers to facilitate inventory needs and excesses including maternity clothes.
- Monitor and restock diapers, formula, layette gift bags, and other needs for all Women’s Center locations, as needed. Monitor monthly inventory sharing between centers, requesting, or providing items as appropriate.
- Communicate regularly with Women’s Centers managers to facilitate boutique, layette, and EMA needs.
- Communicate with the Associate Director of Programs to request orders be placed for needed stock.
- Work closely with the Development team in the creation of Giving Tree ornaments, wish lists, and other material needs lists throughout the year for distribution to churches, schools, etc. to collect needed items. Assist with inventorying donated items, paying special attention to donated Gift Cards.
- Communicate regularly with the Development team to facilitate good communication between departments, and to aid with the current needs of the boutique
- Work with the Associate Director of Programs to create and maintain standard operating procedures and emergency protocols for the ongoing operation of emergency material assistance programs of WCO.
- Attending the ENLC All-staff meetings and WCO Manager meetings as requested.
- Perform other duties pertaining to the mission of the organization as assigned by management.
- Ensure all stock/donations are entered correctly and tracked accordingly.
- Check emails daily and respond accordingly
Job Requirements
Experience, Education, and Licensure:
High school graduate or GED. At least one year’s experience in a non-profit organization as a volunteer or employee is helpful but not required. Retail experience including stocking, inventory, and merchandising, is helpful.
Language Skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, computers, and the Internet. Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work cooperatively and professionally with clients, patients, staff, ENLC constituencies, and the public.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
The noise level in the work environment is low – moderate. While fulfilling the responsibilities of this position, the employee is required to sit, stand, and/or walk. Specific vision abilities required by the position include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to lift 20 pounds.
Other:
Driving to and from various locations is required and the employee is required to have both private insurance and a driving record that enables insurability under the ENLC policy. Mileage may be reimbursed by ENLC when driving to locations other than the Dayton area centers and administrative offices.
