    About the Team:
    The Global Public Policy team’s work spans a broad and diverse range of functions and workstreams, including government affairs and government relations; policy, product, and issue area expertise; risk and crisis management and mitigation; outreach, coalitions, and partnerships; and philanthropy. The mission of the Global Public Policy team is to prevent, manage, and mitigate political, legislative, and regulatory threats and to promote a political, legislative, and regulatory environment that supports growth and innovation for our business.

    Responsibilities:
    • Serve as a bridge between Public Policy and product, engineering, business, and research teams to integrate external perspectives and public policy developments into business strategy.
    • Support the product lifecycle from development through release, including helping to inform and support public policy strategies and engagements and ensuring the Global Public Policy team is informed, consulted, and updated on important product and business developments.
    • Coordinate product risk reviews across various product and business lines and for multiple regions.
    • Manage systems and processes to effectively and accurately track global product developments.
    • Manage key product-related projects and provide ongoing support for the Product Public Policy team.
    • Convert general considerations from non-technical teams into practical product suggestions and tangible requests.
    • Support overall team management and coordination.
    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, International Affairs, Government, Public Affairs, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
    • 5 years of experience in project management, product operations, and/or public policy.
    • Strong project management, presentation, and analytical skills.
    • Excel at balancing multiple and often competing priorities in a very fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to explain complex technical information in an easy-to-understand way.
    • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and adapting quickly and flexibly to change.
    • Self-motivated; can identify and complete work without being instructed. A problem-solver experienced at remaining focused and calm when challenges come your way.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in global companies is a plus.

    Job Information
    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $166060 - $247000 annually.



    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
