Job Title: Contracts Coordinator

Department: Purchasing

Reports To: Purchasing Manager

Summary: The Contracts Coordinator provides full time support to the Purchasing department. He/she will establish and maintain all files, project correspondence, and contracts. Issue, track and file contracts, change orders and purchase orders. Assist the on-site purchasing agents as needed.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for high volumes of data entry.
• Preparation of contract documents for Project Management, Land Development and Purchasing.
• Contract Processing which includes:
• o Creation of purchase orders
• o Creating contracts from templates
• o Tracking all agreements
• o Electronic filing of executed contracts and pricing exhibits
• o Communicating (phone & email) with vendors/subcontractors.

Competencies Strong communication skills, detail oriented, professional, reliable, highly organized, and courteous.

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (word, excel, outlook).
• Proficient in New Star program is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills (oral & written) with customers, all levels of management & fellow associates
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure / time sensitive deadline and multitask

Compensation details: 60000-70000 Yearly Salary
