Salary Range $55,000 – $62,000 Depending on Experience

Job Duties:

Closing Coordinator

• Build and maintain relationships and interact with our preferred lenders, realtors, and builder
• Review and prepare Closing Disclosure(s) and ALTA Settlement Statement(s)
• Review and prepare title closing documents.
• Comply with all title binder requirements
• Act as a dependable liaison between all parties to ensure the client has a seamless settlement
• Sit closings
• Possess ownership and direct accountability
• Resolve any discrepancies that may arise expeditiously

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a title closer or processor
• Must display a positive attitude and be a team player
• Proficiency in title closing software such as Qualia and related tools
• Strong understanding of real estate transactions and title documentation
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
• Licensed title agent is a plus
• Must be a notary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
