Full-Time Year Round Restaurant Supervisor:

We are searching for a motivated restaurant supervisor to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Their goal is to run business smoothly and treat customers and employees with respect and understanding. In addition, they should have patience, remain calm under pressure, have excellent customer service skills, be successful at planning, and have a sense of effective marketing strategies.

Duties Include:

• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
• Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events/specials
• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
• Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
• Proven customer service experience as a manager
• Food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
• Familiarity with restaurant management software- POS systems, 7Shifts, excel, Google Drive, etc
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
• Degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus but not required
