The Policy Specialist (Garage Department) provides support to Account Executives and Producers by processing policies and endorsements; and entering new business submissions into Jencap's agency management system. They work closely with hundreds of accounts, making sure each policy and endorsement is accurate and sent out in a timely manner, meeting our carriers' expectations and guidelines.
