New Policy Specialist processes incoming applications for new and renewing policies to include changes/updates according to company guidelines for group health, dental and/or life policies. Responsibilities include reviewing and screening requests, calculating new premiums, issuing new policies and associated documentation. Being a New Policy Specialist serves assigned accounts by responding to inquiries and resolving issues of concern. May handle more complex situations or issues. Additionally, New Policy Specialist requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The New Policy Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. We are willing to develop people with a passion for learning all things Paid Digital Marketing including: Paid Search, Shopping (Product Listing Ads), and Remarketing. A successful candidate will have a technical, intellectual, and creative focus and insist on high standards and high quality work.  
      
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  
    • Develop & implement different paid digital marketing strategies based on campaign goals
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using such tools as: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Advertising, & Power BI
    • Provide routine reports on campaign performance focusing on key metrics and benchmarks
    • Learn new PPC practices and techniques to drive performance and increase campaign productivity
    • Manage product feeds for Google & Microsoft Ads Merchant Center
    • Conduct routine account checks and execute fixes as needed
    • Adhere to New Pig's Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards

    Qualifications and Required Skills:  

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Experience with Microsoft Excel
    • Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Merchant Center is a plus
    • Previous experience in Marketing or a Business degree is preferred
    • Previous experience in eCommerce a bonus
