The Electronic Security Support Specialist supports the assigned Project Manager, and will assist field and internal technical resources in analyzing, installing, troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining security infrastructure and application components relating to video surveillance, intrusion alarms, and card access technologies. To aid in successful project completion, this position will be responsible for providing direction, information, and technical support to field technicians and/or internal stakeholders working on various security related projects and/or technologies. ***Please note, this is a hybrid position and will need to work from the Indianapolis, IN office 1 -2 days a week.
