Being a New Policy Specialist serves assigned accounts by responding to inquiries and resolving issues of concern. May handle more complex situations or issues. Additionally, New Policy Specialist requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The New Loan Specialist is responsible for soliciting and servicing short-term loans to potential consumers. They will be assisting customers through the underwriting process which includes verification of information along with obtaining employment and earnings information. New Loan Specialists will be working in collaboration with the Underwriting Team, who makes the final decision of approving or denying the loan based on qualifying criteria. This position will directly report to the New Business Supervisor.
