Job Summary
Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases Group is searching for a Senior Financial Process, Policy, and Procedures Specialist to align, improve, and drive companywide processes, procedures, and policies in conjunction with improving the accuracy and transparency of the financial reporting. You will help define and drive long-term strategy and improvements for CEIGs Financial Systems and related processes within the Group and Functional Units.
This experienced individual will work closely with all Functional Unit Controllers in driving the processes, policies, and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency. You will work closely with the finance team to drive automation and improvements in the monthly reporting. This position will require some travelling to various locations in the USA and overseas. The successful candidate will be a self-driven, experienced, motivated leader with multiple years of experience in finance, group accounting, and aligning entities with one another. This role will require strong project management, expert-level communication skills, the ability to influence stakeholders, and operate effectively under pressure to meet project deadlines.
